As Istanbul Okan University, we provide education with over 200 diploma programs within our 11 Faculties, 2 Vocational Schools, Graduate Education Institute, and Conservatory. With our expert academic staff, technological infrastructure, and 160,000 square meter campus, we are one of Turkey’s most important educational hubs.

Located within the Istanbul Okan University Tuzla campus, the Bekir Okan Art, Culture and Congress Center (Okan KSM) houses a 1500-seat congress hall (Zeugma Stage), an exhibition hall, a multi-purpose meeting hall, a four-story library, and foyer and cocktail areas. The center is open to external stakeholders for university events as well as congresses, meetings, theater performances, and concerts. The center, with its stage and capacity, is particularly significant in filling a gap on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.
The Bekir Okan Art Culture and Congress Center stands out as a modern and contemporary architectural structure. Completed in 2018, the center offers versatile use for scientific, cultural and artistic events. Its architectural design utilizes concrete, steel, and large glass surfaces, creating both a strong structural presence and a bright atmosphere. The spacious, airy areas that bring natural light into the interiors enhance the user experience.
Okan KSM, a five-story building with a construction area of 10,800 square meters and a ground floor area of 3,300 square meters, consists of a versatile stage with a 220 square meter orchestra pit in the Zeugma Stage, a 180 square meter stage in the Troy Hall, the Olympos Exhibition Hall, spacious Foyer and Cocktail Areas, and a Library.
